FOOD ERRORS

Please call us immediately if you receive incorrect food or a missing item. We will need the food returned in the original container(s) so we may investigate and deal with the issue. We will replace the incorrect or missing food item. If you do not wish to have the newly prepared item, we may refund the missing or incorrect item to a credit card or cash refund only after we receive the food in the original container(s) and have confirmed the error. All items must be returned same-day.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING AS IT APPLIES TO ALL ORDER TYPES

If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed, we cannot issue any discount, refund or credit. If the food has been discarded, repackaged or tampered with and we cannot verify its origin or issue, we cannot provide any discount, refund or credit. A discount, refund, credit or remake of the item(s) will only occur if both of the above statements are found to be untrue. All item(s) must be returned immediately or same-day, have more than 75% of the item(s) present, are in the original packaging and do not show signs of tampering.
